Male and female picture of the world in paremia by semantic groups in English and Kyrgyz language

The paper attempts to consider gender stereotypes on the example of English and Kyrgyz paroemias. The relevance of the analysis of linguistic consciousness is justified by the fact that the data obtained as a result of the study will help in overcoming the difficulties encountered by a philologist when trying to assimilate with the psycholinguistic environment of other cultures, necessary when working with the originals of English or Kyrgyz texts and when communicating with native speakers of these languages. The purpose of the work is to analyze and compare gender stereotypes in the linguistic consciousness of the English and Kyrgyz peoples, to analyze gender-marked paremias in these languages.
