On the way to clinical practice: features of professionally-oriented training of foreign students on the example of filling out a patient’s medical card

The article highlights the problems of professionally oriented training of international students in a medical university. It is noted that the most important goal of teaching Russian as a foreign language in the context of professionally oriented education is the development of written professional speech. The authors propose a system of exercises aimed at the formation of general professional competence "compilation of medical documentation": registration of personal data of the patient, his complaints, medical history, examination results, making a preliminary diagnosis. The fact is emphasized that the skills to fill in the patient's medical history is necessary for students to successfully complete their clinical practice on site.
