Primary education in Cossack environment of pre-revolutionary period on Kuban

Article is devoted to the appearance of primary education and the development of schools. What problems were accompanied by students and teachers? To whom education was accessible? What social groups were trained? What are the requirements for young Cossacks to enter the military service? What are the conditions in which the training took place, and how these issues are things today? How are you doing with the software? Which subjects were studied and covered by teachers of that time? What are the duration of the school year and the emergence of additional paid services in the schools? Echoes whether problems of the past and present? What matters today is not facing primary education, and what are relevant to the present day? The article gives examples of the magazines of the times. The author, based on the historical literature on the problems of research, shows the immutability of some of the problems in urban and rural primary schools. Announces the issue of working with parents and the emergence of the parent community. It fixes the work of primary school teachers: how often had to break through the wall of ignorance, to inform the public, what the need for training is. Article updated teacher's work, which historically has always respected of ordinary people and in high society.
