National policy in the Trans-Baikal region and its place within the Russian state

The article analyzes the peculiarities of national relations policy in the Trans-Baikal region and its place within the framework of the Russian state, as well as the significant achievements of the state's national policy at the present stage. According to the author, the process of shaping national policy is not yet complete and currently requires new steps aimed at overcoming existing problems in the field of interethnic relations.
