National-Russian bilingualism: aspects and geography of studying

The article deals with the reviews of works devoted to the issues of National-Russian bilingualism. The scientific novelty of the study consists in the author’s defining not only the aspects of researching the linguistic phenomenon “National-Russian bilingualism”, but also the geography of its studying - the bilingual and polylingual regions of Russia that are under scientists’ consideration.
