Supranationality in the principles of European Union law

The article is devoted to the principles of European Union law. The article examines their concepts and content, as well as their role in the interaction of education with member states and their impact on the legal nature of the European Union. The research process revealed the basic principles of European Union law: the rule of law, the principle of direct effect, the principle of conferring competence, the principle of subsidiarity and the principle of proportionality.
