Directions of state support for construction services export in Russia

In deteriorating foreign economic conditions caused by sanctions pressure and restrictions on traditional raw material exports, the development of non-resource non-energy exports, in particular, services exports, is becoming especially relevant. The article considers the trends in the development construction services as one of the key areas of Russian export potential. It is noted that the share of construction services in Russian exports significantly exceeds the world average, which is due to the high involvement of the industry in international activities and a steady demand for Russian competencies in this field. We have analyzed the changes in the structure of global exports, where services gradually occupy an increasingly significant place, especially under the conditions of post-industrial economic development. The study emphasizes the need to adapt existing support instruments to the peculiarities of the construction industry and the specifics of SMEs in international markets.
