The ways to reduce social stratification of the population in a region (case study of Tyumen region)

The article analyses stratification of pupolation in the Tyumen region and the Tyumen region without autonomous districts by per capita income in dynamics. The authors consider the dynamics of population size with incomes below subsistence minimum and the deficit of money income in the region. The paper suggests possible initiatives, implementation of which at the regional level will reduce the social stratification of the population.
