Directions of improvement of legal regulation of protection and control of use of agricultural lands

The authors consider various options for improving the legal regulation of protection and control of agricultural land use. Attention is paid to the insufficient level of administrative responsibility for violation of the use of agricultural land, there is a low level of control over corruption in this area. The authors specifies what amendments should be made to the land legislation in order to eliminate some of the problems and improve the efficiency of legal regulation of protection and control of agricultural land use.
