Guided self-development as the leading idea of humanism in pedagogy

The article is written in the coordinates of theoretical and cognitive ideas of synergetics with a projection on pedagogy. Special attention is paid to self-regulation and self-determination as the leading principle of humanization of education. The main attention in the work is focused on the role and social responsibility of the teaching staff as an unconditional attractor in the process of self-development of pupils. The paper contains the idea of the need for a deep and comprehensive analysis of pedagogical activity.
