Stress-strain state of an I-beam with a wall defect in the form of a circular cutout

Бесплатный доступ

This article presents the results of calculating four variants of a hinged-supported I-beam: without defects, as well as with a wall defect in the form of a circular cutout with a diameter of d = 112 mm, located at a distance of 0.5, 1.5 and 3 m from the support. The material of the I-beam is steel of class C345. The calculation is performed taking into account the physical nonlinearity of the material (bilinear model with isotropic hardening) and geometric nonlinearity (accounting for large displacements). Based on the results of the calculation in the ANSYS software package, the analysis of the results of the stress-strain state was performed and the corresponding conclusions were made.
