The article discusses a new way of capital growth for complex interest rate with the “square root of minus one”. This method is compared with the traditional formula: simple, complex and continuous. As a result of the growth we obtain complex money. In practice, we use real components of complex money. Complex interest rate has big advantage for the banking sector. This method makes it possible to eliminate the risk of early termination of the deposit agreements. Complex rate has two parameters that allow us to adjust period and coefficient of the capital growth.
