Violation of the mechanisms of vasodilation in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus during contralateral cold test

The objective of the work is to investigate the changes in vascular tone regulation during indirect cold test using wavelet analysis of skin temperature oscillations and compare the results in groups of healthy individuals and patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. After the cold pressor test vasodilatation abnormality of patients with type 2 diabetes is found. Skin temperature oscillation amplitude is not recovered after cold pressor test in these patients.
