The study results of intestinal absorption function in dependence on changed microbe status of the large intestine in patients having chronic inflammatory intestinal diseases are presented in the paper. Disturbed intestinal microbiocenosis is concluded to largely contributing to disturbed absorption processes in such patients and this negative influence directly correlating with disbyotic changes severity stage.
