Violation of the right to private life of a person by disclosing information containing medical secrets using digital technologies

The article discusses the types of liability for violating the right to privacy of a person by disclosing information constituting medical secrets, and focuses on the methods of committing these crimes. The author analyzes in detail judicial practice, paying special attention to crimes under Art. 137 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. A conclusion is formulated about the special regime for information constituting medical secrets. The proposal to legislatively provide for any information about the private life of a person as a subject of criminal legal protection is substantiated.
