Violation of mobility right within the closed city

In this article the main problems of violation of mobility right in the closed city are considered. In the article the analysis of provisions, concerning features of administrative and legal status of the closed city and also movement ability within the specified territory is carried out. As a solution of problems on the above-named subject some additions to acts on the closed cities in part containing provisions on mobility rights are offered.
