Violation of the right to freedom of conscience and religion (part 1 of article 148 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation): gaps in legislative regulation, problems of theory and ways to resolve them

This article examines the corpus delicti provided for in Article 148 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The author, having analyzed the norms of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, special legislation, scientific literature, concludes that the current version of the investigated corpus delicti has gaps in legislative regulation that violate the personal rights of certain categories of citizens, which requires appropriate changes to the text of the norm.
