Hereditary transmission as a legal sub-institution of transfer of rights to inheritance

The legal legalization of the transfer of the right to accept an inheritance (hereditary transmission), set forth in Article 1156 of Part Three of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, allows the author of the publication, on the one hand, to state its legal features as a rather specific group of inheritance relations, and on the other hand, to briefly analyze the legal problems in this area of inheritance law that arise during the enforcement of the legal sub-institution under study.
