Among the variety of anemias, hereditary hemolytic anemias are a large group, characterized by hemolysis of erythrocytes and formation their breakdown products, the development of anemic syndrome, reactive enhancement of erythropoiesis, changes of the erythrocytes’s shape, congenital deformities of the bones. In the lecture is provided a general description of hereditary enzymopathies and hemoglobinopathies, discusses the main links in the pathogenesis of the development of these diseases. There are given classification of hereditary hemolytic anemia. Also, in detail there are analyzed epidemiology, clinical picture, diagnostics, differential diagnosis and treatment of a large range of hereditary enzymopathies and hemoglobinopathies. The lecture will be of particular interest to doctors of various specialties generally in hematologists, transfusiologists, therapists, pediatricians, advanced training and so clinical residents and students of medical universities.
