Mentoring as a phenomenon of political mythology: secular and religious aspects of socialization

The article focuses on the role of the mentor in mythology. It analyses its main qualities, as well as the methods and forms of transferring experience from one individual to another. The aim of the study is to outline the main tasks of mentoring through the prism of mythology and to identify the importance of the mentor in modern times. Meanwhile, the focus is on the problem of the individual adapting to the new field with the mentor's support. In accordance with the goals and objectives, the choice of methods is defined: dialectical, historical-philosophical and structuralist methods. As a result, it has been established that mentoring plays a crucial role in modern society, as it is a sustainable form of knowledge transfer. Nowadays, mentoring continues to innovate in the political, economic and educational spheres. The mentor-mentee archetype is often used in the entertainment industry as an educational and cultural component.
