Natural food supplements from tomato raw

The article substantiates the expediency of complex processing of tomato pomace with the production of protein preparations, tomato oil, lycopene dye, dietary fiber, feed flour. A targeted approach to the development of multicomponent high-deficit products from secondary resources of tomato processing is proposed.
