The key factor in the interaction between producers and consumers on the market for companies and organizations is the necessity to maintain the organization. The most important condition for the appearance of the need is the stage of the life cycle of products manufactured by the consumer. However, scientists have not agreed on the definition of the nature and composition of the product life cycle yet. The paper presents the study of the life-cycle of the product and the matrix of integrated product life cycle is offered.
