Scientic and methodological journals in physics in Russia: main characteristics and accessibility for teachers and professors

A review of modern scientific and methodological journals in physics in Russia is presented. The analysis of scientometric characteristics and content of journals is given. Based on the data obtained from the database of the Russian Science Citation Index, quantitative and qualitative indicators of publication activity were determined. It is concluded that the journals under consideration have a low impact factor, which indicates a low citation rate and scientific significance of the materials published in them.
