Research-and-methodology support for dealing with the problem of tips-education subjects

The problem of support of creative activities in educational process based on the theory of inventive problem solving is discussed. Support functions are characterized, the problems of developing the scientific and methodological support of TIPS objects are described at different levels: user, doer and administrator in the fields of awareness, links and experience exchanges on the development of applied trends in TIPS education, targeted and timely methodological support to the staff in professional problems, expert assessment of syllabi and methodological documentation, providing a possibility of qualification upgrade in TIPS education.
