This article discusses the formation of social skills in preschool children. The definitions of O.V. Polozova, G.V. Belokurova, T.L. Pasalskaya, N.B. Sodnomova and others.Based on the scientific literature, we can talk about different types of skills: labor, mental (intellectual), mobile, sports, musical, physical, mental, vocabulary, etc. As mentioned above, the ability to control your relationships with other people is called social skills and is one of the most important human abilities.Evidence suggests that this will allow them to communicate more effectively, improve the quality of communication, be more effective in communicating and empathizing with others, and in control of their emotions and behavior. As scientific sources have shown, social skills play an important role in the development of a preschool child and in meeting the basic needs of a preschooler. Therefore, in order to develop these skills, preschool personnel need to organize the correct educational activities.
