Scientific and pedagogical heritage of D.N. Medrish (poetics of the Russian folk lyrical song)

The article deals with the general characteristics of the scientific activities of an outstanding scientist and teacher, the establisher of the Volgograd scientific school of studying the folklorism of literature, the professor D.N. Medrish. There is included his work “Poetics of the Russian folk lyrical song” (1989) in the article printed by a small number of copies at a risograph as the methodological recommendations to the individual work of the students of the philological department in Volgograd State Pedagogical University. It isn’t accessible for the modern researches and students. Its republication is defined by topicality and a high scientific and pedagogical significance of the work of the scientist.
