The article is devoted to analysis of the scientific and theoretical approaches to the problem of professional readiness of preschool teachers to work in variability of a preschool environment. The author considers the essential characteristics of professional readiness as a complex integrative education affecting the psyche and leading to mental changes in personality, through which explained the stability of human activities in poly-motivated environment.
