Scientific support of development of pedagogical competences future lawyers

The article reveals the essence of the concept of “pedagogical competence”. The author’s model for the development of pedagogical competence of future lawyers is given. This model is developed on the basis of competence, legal and contextual approaches that determine its content and specicity. The model includes targeted, informative, organizational-technological and evaluative components. From author’s point of view, the model serves as a conceptual basis for the organization of the peda-gogical process in a law high school to prepare students for pedagogical activity.
