Scientific approaches to the organization and management of methodical work in higher school

The article deals with the problem of innovational processes of the organization and management of methodical work in higher school in conditions of reforming and modernizing the system of the higher professional training. The methodological base of the research is presented by functional, system and structural, process approaches. The role of methodical work in achievement of higher school objectives - education quality is proved.
