Assignment and implementation of lump-sum payments to military personnel for injury received during a special military operation: problems of practice

In the article, the authors, based on the analysis of law enforcement practice, show the features associated with the application of the norms of legislation on the payment of a one-time allowance to a serviceman who was injured during a special military operation (SMO). The authors focus on the duties of officials of state bodies and medical organizations to carefully analyze all the circumstances of injury to a serviceman, promptly and objectively consider each case of a serviceman's request for the specified payment and prevent unjustified refusals.
