Purpose of the residential space and the limits of its use

One of the key means of legal regulation of any public relations, including those related to residential premises, is the establishment of limits for the exercise of the corresponding rights, in connection with which the relevance of the chosen topic is determined. This article separately considers the limits of use of living quarters established by Article 17 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation. It is concluded that these preventive measures are necessary to create normal living conditions for citizens, that they predetermine the respective obligations of the owner, in particular, the obligation to use the dwelling in such a way as not to go beyond the limits established by law.
