Non-aviation activity at the airport as a tool to reduce passenger stress before the flight

The purpose of this article is to consider the issue of reducing stress among passengers suffering from aerophobia while waiting for a flight at the airport through the types of non-aviation commerce being implemented. The article discusses the practices of reducing the stressful state of passengers used by airports in many countries of the world and Russia.
