Physical activity is a purposeful motor activity of a person aimed at strengthening health, developing a genetically determined potential of physical development, achieving physical perfection. In the conditions of forced self-isolation, physical activity (motor activity) becomes particularly important for maintaining and strengthening health, preserving and improving performance. The higher the requirements for high-quality planning of their motor activity during the day, week, month. The purpose of the study was to systematize and structure the students ' motor activity during the week, based on the construction of weekly microcycles of motor activity. Identification of students ' requests and preferences for building weekly motor activity plans. Increasing the interest of students in physical education classes in a remote format, forming a thoughtful approach to building a weekly algorithm of individual motor activity.
