Informal employment as a factor of socioeconomic instability in the Russian Federation

The article deals with precarization of labour relations as a negative phenomenon in the socioeconomic life of the Russian society. Consequences of informal employment of the population are discussed. The author studies various sources of the precarization of labour relations. The necessity of state participation in the regulation of the situation in the social and labor sector of the country is justified.
