The modern world is changeable. Approaches to interaction in this world are also changeable. This article examines the issues of transformation of approaches to business communication and communication in modern society. Special attention is paid to informal ways of communication: their benefits and riskiness. Also in the article, the author examines various forms of ineffective business communication and common mistakes in business interaction using various communication channels.
