Informal Labor Relations as a Social Space of Permanent Overtime Employment

The article substantiates the position that permanent overtime employment in Russian organiza-tions is constructed by employers in the social space of informal labor relations, since the social space of formal labor relations is formed by legislation that provides for overtime employment only as episodic and well-paid. The article analyzes the system of labor relations as a social space of overtime employment in its formal and informal components; substantiates the position that it is the employer who has the greatest social resource for the realiza-tion of its interests, including the receipt of additional labor from employees; highlights the conditions that determine the displacement of permanent overtime employment in the informal component of labor relations. The aim of the article is to substantiate the position that permanent overtime employment in Russian organizations is possible in the sphere of informal labor relations, since the sphere of formal labor relations is subject to the legislation.
