Non-execution of a court decision as a basis for the application of civil liability measures

The concept of civil liability is considered through the prism of the norms to be enforced in law enforcement practice. The forms of court decisions are highlighted and the essence of court decisions is revealed as one of the forms listed by the legislator. The importance of the execution of court decisions is justified, the actions that cause the fact of non-execution of court decisions are systematized. The procedure for bringing to civil liability for failure to execute a court decision in time is given.
