The article summarizes practical experience of speech therapy work with preschool children with severe speech disorders in corrective groups within a preschool educational institution. To enhance the effectiveness of speech development in older preschoolers with severe speech disorders, neurogames and exercises for the development of interhemispheric interaction were used as part of a two-year training program. The authors present exercises and games developed by various authors based on the neuropsychological approach, which can be useful for speech therapists working in corrective groups in preschool educational institutions. The neurogames used in the work (kinesiological, rhythm correction, graphomotor) aimed at developing interhemispheric connections were adapted for the purposes of speech therapy, taking into account the development of both receptive and expressive speech, as well as the formation of articulation and fine motor skills in preschoolers.
