Neuroplasticity in studying Russian as a foreign language: cognitive exercises for adults to overcome age-specific barriers to learn grammar

The use of principles of neuroplasticity in the process of teaching Russian as a foreign language to adult learners is studied. The age-specific changes of memory, attention and information perception, complicating the acquisition of the Russian grammar are described. The special exercises on the basis of communicative approach and the principles of neuropedagogy, allowing to compensate for age restrictions and to improve learning effectiveness, are suggested.
