The features of the development of higher mental functions of preschool children with a common maldevelopment of the speech to disclose the relationship, existing between the structures of the brain maturing and developing on the basis of their mental functions and identify violations specific to the speech pathology. Allocated specific age particularly reeks psyche of children in normal and pathology in order to distinguish target corrective program.
