Some aspects of the unified customs register of intellectual property ownership of the EAEU

Within the framework of this article, the maintenance of the customs register of intellectual property objects is considered both at the national level and at the interstate level, i.e. at the level of the Customs Union. The importance of creating such registers, the meaning of the concept of counterfeiting and its harm to the state are determined. The conditions for the inclusion of copyright holders in the register of intellectual property objects are also specified.
