Some aspects of protecting the right of private living of a citizen

This article discusses the issue of the content of the right to privacy enshrined in Art. 152.2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The authors note the problem of the fuzziness and abstractness of the concept of "private life." Some areas of private life are regulated not only by law. This is the problem in legal science. By the way, authors are sure that the problem of the understanding of “other public interests” in the context of Article 152.2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation requires attention. This rule has no specific content, which leads to unreasonable dissemination of information that makes up the person’s private life.
