Some aspects of increase of efficiency of process of training and improvement of professional skills in customs authorities

In modern conditions, the FCS of Russia faces many challenges, such as the fight against corruption, a threat to national security. For effective and timely solution of these tasks, customs authorities need to constantly improve and maintain the necessary level of qualification of customs officials. Training, retraining and advanced training of customs officials is a very important and time-consuming process, the implementation of which is costly. In this article some prerequisites of increase of efficiency of preparation, professional development and professional retraining of officials of customs authorities are considered.
