Social technologies of state administration

The article discusses the social technologies of public administration explores modern approaches to the use of social technologies in public administration. Social technologies for monitoring and analyzing social networks, voting and feedback platforms, online consultations and others are considered. The advantages and disadvantages of using social technologies in public administration are analyzed. The main stages and methods of introducing social technologies into the state system are described. It is concluded that social technologies of public administration are a set of methods and tools used by public authorities to solve social problems and manage society and are aimed at improving the efficiency of public administration and improving the quality of life of citizens.
