The retrospective analysis of 2657 medical reports of road accident victims has taken in Chelyabinsk. The majority of the defects were dominated by the organization of delivery care but it's the small minority of diagnostics, treatment and succession. In 25,3 % accidents people died owing to medical defects. Finally as a result of the research there were found the most important factors with potential of increasing risk of unfavorable outcomes in 2-9,5 times
