Some genotypic features of Actinobacilum suis cultures isolated from pigs

DNA nucleotidic composition of Actinobacilum suis cuttures was analysed at 55,6% of specimen. At ribosome analysing of isolates of Omsk (17 sp) and German (10 sp) origin nearly 20 various profiles (12 and 7 respectevely) have been found. Isolates of either Omsk and German origin formed clusters with 75-40% intragroup similarity. Profiles of strains isolated from animals reared in the same farm had a great similarity. Isolated strains of Actinobacilum suis showed a great genetic relation ship.
