Some criminological and sociological aspects of illicit trafficking of opioid group drugs (by the example of the Ural federal district)

Based on the study of official statistical data and results of the annual drug situation monitoring the structure of nonmedical consumption of narcotic drugs is considered in the article; the state of the narcotic drugs market and the dynamics of seizure of opioid group drugs in the Ural Federal District and its constituent entities are analyzed. A number of conclusions concerning the content, criminological trends and forecast of drug situation development in this subject of the Russian Federation are formulated.
