Some features of training students in educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for actions in conditions with the use of firearms, special means, and physical force

The article is devoted to some aspects of the physical and psychological training of cadets and trainees of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia to prevent illegal acts and encroachments using coercive measures, such as the use of firearms, special means, and physical force. The federal law stipulates that the main purpose of police officers is to protect the rights, freedoms and health of citizens, regardless of how a particular person belongs to the state. The author examines modern requirements for professional readiness, stress tolerance, level of responsibility and legal awareness of future employees. Special attention is also paid to the role of the training process, as well as an interdisciplinary approach and the formation of skills for the legitimate use of force. This, in turn, makes it possible to increase the efficiency of official activities and ensure compliance with the rule of law when performing official tasks, in conditions of increased responsibility facing police officers.
