Some features of the mediation procedure

The article is devoted to the study of some features of the mediation procedure. The definition of mediation is given, the provisions of the Federal Law "On Mediation" are analyzed. The forms of mediation are also disclosed, and in conclusion, the author suggests improving legislation in this area. The author highlights some features of mediation procedure as an alternative way of dispute resolution. This topic is relevant in the modern world, the scientific literature on the given problem is being studied, as well as practical domestic experience.
