The article examines the issues of legal regulation and features of consideration of cases in summary proceedings in the arbitration process, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. The positions of the courts of various parts of the judicial system and judicial instances in the process of simplified proceedings are indicated. Theoretical and practical recommendations for the parties to accelerated proceedings are formulated.
